Procedure For Installing The External Guide

Insert the guide strip into the channel of the carriage and into the V-groove of the cylinder body.
Slide the other guide strip into place. The carriage should be horizontal and slightly higher than the cylinder body.
Apply sealant to the threads of the grub screws on both sides of the carriage for better sealing.
Screw in the two dog point grub screws on either side of the carriage until the screws are tightened.
Insert the two steel strips from the other end of the carriage into the groove of the guide strip until they touch the grub screw at the other end, and then tighten them.
Screw in the remaining grub screws until your hand feels a little resistance when tightening the screws.
Adjust the screw until the carriage can move freely, but it is necessary to ensure that the carriage does not move laterally.
Align the yoke with the carriage, assemble the clamping wedge and tapered nut together, and finally install them on the carriage.
Place the screw in the washer and apply adhesive. Push in the clamping wedge and cone nut, leave a gap between the side carriage and the cylinder yoke, and then tighten the screws.
