When the coil is power on or power off, the operation of the magnetic core will cause the fluid to pass through the valve body or be cut off to achieve the purpose of changing the direction of the fluid. In the solenoid valve, there is a closed cavity with holes at different positions. Each hole connects with a different tube. The valve body is in the middle of the cavity, and there are two electromagnets on both sides.

Usually the two-position five-way solenoid valve is used in conjunction with a double-acting pneumatic actuator. The two-position is controllable in two positions: on-off. The five-way valve has five channels for ventilation, of which one is connected to the air source, and two are connected to the inlet and outlet ports of the outer chamber of the acting cylinder with the double acting, and the two are connected with the inlet and outlet ports of the inner chamber.
