The maintenance core of SC cylinders lies in "preventing impurities, maintaining lubrication, and avoiding unbalanced loads". The three-step maintenance method can extend the service life by more than 50%. The first step is to purify the medium, ensuring that the gas source is filtered through a 40 μ m filter element, and daily discharge of accumulated water from the water separation filter to avoid water corrosion of the cylinder body; The second step is lubrication management. Oil lubricated models need to ensure sufficient oil level in the oil mist device, while oil-free models need to be lubricated with special grease every 6 months. The tail swing cylinder needs to be lubricated regularly on the swing shaft; The third step is installation verification, using the three-point method to check the levelness every month to avoid piston rod eccentricity caused by lateral loads.
Daily inspections should focus on three areas: whether the seals are leaking, whether the piston rod has scratches, and whether the buffering adjustment is smooth. If there is a slight leakage, tighten the joint bolts first; If the leakage is severe, immediately replace the sealing ring and choose a material that matches the working conditions (heat-resistant for high temperatures and corrosion-resistant for corrosive environments). When a sudden stuck fault occurs, first conduct a no-load test run to identify the stuck point, and do not forcefully start to avoid deformation of the cylinder block and expansion of the fault.
